Brand Manager, (United States, Remote)

XenTegra-GOV seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager to support our Marketing efforts in various administrative and primary duties. The successful candidate will assist in executing XenTegra-GOV marketing events, social media campaigns, and in-person events. You will work collaboratively with our XenTegra Marketing executive and cross-functional team members to develop, manage, and grow XenTegra-GOV’s reputation.

In this role, you will be a critical element of our marketing strategy and enjoy the challenges of coordinating company events and digital marketing efforts and in turn, building long-term relationships with existing vendors and customers.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to manage, market, and enhance the organization’s image in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with XenTegra-GOV vendor partners to drive online and in-person events leveraging marketing funds from the vendor.
    • XenTegra-GOV management expects to receive at least $30,000 in “SDF” (Strategic Development Funds) or “MDF” (Marketing Development Funds) from our partners annually.
  • Work with partners and XenTegra-GOV Sales to determine pre or post-event engagement.
  • Work closely with management, our sales team, and vendor partners to coordinate and execute all XenTegra-GOV events across the US.
  • Maintain and manage webinars, workshops, and all digital events. Connect with partners to coordinate hosts and incentivization pieces for each event. Follow up with POE (Proof of Execution) steps required by the XenTegra-GOV sales team and partners.
  • Drive attendance to XenTegra-GOV endorsed vendor conferences user groups, and other vendor events with recurring social media posts and email campaigns.
  • Drive attendance to XenTegra-GOV-endorsed vendor conferences, User Groups, and other vendor events. • Maintain the monthly calendar of all XenTegra-GOV events.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across website. Maintain approved naming and linking convention of web pages, images and multimedia files. Audit web pages, links or works with vendor to make updates.
  • Perform website, landing page optimization, SEO, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) plans using a vetted outside marketing agency. Monitor and report on website statistics, performance, and SEO utilizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yoast, and other resources. Develop strategies for improvement and make recommendations for future spend.
    • XenTegra-GOV Management has the expectation that enhanced digital marketing efforts should increase sales pipeline 25% or more annually.
  • Create, deploy, and monitor automated email marketing campaigns, including journey-based automated email communications and ad hoc email campaigns.
  • Manage all social media platforms for events, podcasts, and email marketing needs.
  • Serve as main point of contact for oversight and management of corporate websites, SEO efforts, and other digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with our Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage weekly webinars, workshops, and other digital events.
  • Optimize website content for maximum visibility and enhance our ranking in major search engines.
  • To utilize prior hands-on experience with web analytics tools to collaborate with the Marketing and other departments to leverage digital channels in ways that help the XenTegra-GOV achieve its objectives.
  • Assist with promotional item orders.
  • Responsible for all details of in-person events and the contact for all venues.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Education

  • Three to five years of digital marketing experience or related experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
  • One year of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Graphic Design, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
  • Experience with Email Service Providers (ESP), such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yext, SEO, SEM, and Retargeting
  • Advanced skill in exercising professionalism, composure under pressure, and flexibility
  • Advanced skill in exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions to meet targets and deadlines
  • Adept in Canva Design Software and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SLED Client Executive – Western USA, Remote

You are an energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with 5+ years of successful territory sales experience, who thrives in a fast paced, demanding environment. The Client Executive role on the XenTegra-GOV sales team is a proactive and consultative sales role, where multitasking is the norm. You will work collaboratively with XenTegra-GOV’s strategic partners and cross-functional team

members to penetrate new prospects and develop, manage, and grow existing customer accounts. This is an outside sales role where you are expected to conduct regular in person meetings with partners and clients. The ability and availability to travel is required.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Partner closely with inside sales, sales engineers, consultants, and sales specialists.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key channel partners, system integrators, and any other external partners to develop and achieve the defined account strategies and opportunity plans.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our partners and their products.
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates in Salesforce  for management visibility and Sales Executive collaboration.
  • Work with XenTegra-GOV marketing to develop and execute a territory marketing plan.

Required Qualifications and Education

  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience in Outside/Territory Sales.
  • Experience identifying and working with C-level contacts and technology decision makers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office365, salesforce.com and sales portals (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.AI, etc.).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop business cases, and negotiate and close.
  • Prior experience selling to government clients (Local, State, and/or Federal) or educational institutions is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience selling Digtal Workspace technologies such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft AVD, AWS Workspaces and/or EUC ecosystem partners is a plus.
  • Prior experience selling Infrastructure or hosted technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Nutanix is a plus.
  • Prior experience working for a Value Added Reseller is a plus.
  • Candidate must live in assigned territory.

The Business Development role on the XenTegra-GOV sales team is a proactive and consultative sales role, where multitasking is the norm. You will work collaboratively with XenTegra-GOV’s strategic partners and cross-functional team members to penetrate new prospects and develop repeatable cadences to help multiply our outreach efforts. This is an inside sales role where you are expected to begin our future customer’s journey by providing an initial positive impression.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Partner closely with inside sales, sales specialists, and client executives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key channel partners and any other external partners to develop and achieve defined results for outreach plans.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our partners and their products.

Required Qualifications and Education

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience in Inside Sales or Business Development roles
  • Experience with cold calling and/or email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Office365, salesforce.com and sales portals (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.) preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales prospecting techniques including the ability to turn leads into qualified prospects.
